QUIZzical error message

Yep, that fits Tony, thanks. Whilst it causes no direct harm it does get
reported to users (or will do when we go live this weekend). Unfortunately,
showing the word 'error' on screen to users won't win their confidence in
our MPE/ManMan/Powerhouse upgrade project.

Actually, I believe it only happens with NODICT subfiles, also is a problem
in C2. It doesn't seem to cause any harm. Maybe fixed in C4?
