Hilite Color Attribute

I'm trying to figure out how/if I can use the HILITE "color". PowerHouse 710.F3 running on a DEC/Alpha. The PC is running WRQ's Reflection 2 for Windows emulating a VT320. I've added the command HILITE LABEL BLUE but it doesn't change anything. The monitor is a SVGA color monitor also.


The manual says very little about what the requirements are other than "colors are ignored if you attempt to display on a monochrome monitor".
