VMS - Running PH710G on differing versions of the operating s yste m

As far as PowerHouse is concerned, 7.10G was built and 7.10.Gx will be built
on OpenVMS 6.2 and will be conformance tested on 7.1. Whether there's
anything in the package that requires 7.1 only your package supplier can
tell you.
