PowerHouse 8.19 for HP3000 Shipped?

We have ran into the following problems with the 819 release:
1) Fatal Error 45 with medium to large QUIZ programs.
    This is assigned to a developer and should be fixed in a reasonable length of
time.
2) Ghost screens get painted on screens with dates on them (screen flickers).
    This is bug # 244400 and is fixed in 813D.
    Customer support is looking to see if it will be fixed in next HP RBF.
3) Rollbacks occurring in 819 that didn't occur previously.
    Just found this one today-have a call logged with Cognos CS.
4) Dates with allow century that go to the 80th column have '>' sign overwriting
last digit.
    Workarouds are:
    a) Move field back one space.
    b) Put NOALLOW CENTURY on the field in question.
    Haven't reported to Cognos CS as yet (may not be a bug).

Will let everyone know more when I find out more....
