Good Morning,

I just came from a VAX PH,COBOL shop and they used CMS (Code management
System).   I thought it was a a very powerful product that I have seen used
in varying degrees.  One client allowed multiple people to have the same
source checked out and then CMS would deal with merging the changes.  At
another client only one person could have it checked out.  I like the
product very well and thought that it had a lot of flexibility.
