Powerhouse Consultant?

HELP!  Is there anyone out there that is a PowerHouse consultant and is
free to work on a large version upgrade/Y2K project?  If so read on for a
description of what I am hoping for.

Powerhouse programmer/analyst who can move us from where we are to where we
want to be.  This person should be familiar with:

     Powerhouse ver.: 5.06, 5.09, 7.29
     Dictionaries: QDDR, PDL
     Dictionary tool: Architect

I need to emphase that we are looking for someone who:

     Works well with others
     Is willing to do research to find answers
     Takes a project and runs with it
     Documents (NO LAUGHING!!!!)
