PH7.29 vs PH8.19

We did some testing and found that the performance issues were between 7.09
and 7.29 rather than 7.29 and 8.19. In fact in our tests, 8.19 was slightly
better than 7.29 but your mileage may vary. Regardless, we recommend that
you move to 8.19 rather than 7.29C8 since 8.29 will get development support
(bug fixes) until at least June 30, 2000 plus it was built on MPE/iX 5.5
express 4. And of course there are the Year 2000 features.
