DEFINE PARM PROMPT and CHOOSE PARM PROMPT

I've got access to 6.10 on Open VMS and 7.33 on HP-UX here and the choose is 
coming before the define in both versions when the exact same code used in 
both instances.  I think you should make sure that the define parm is
actually 
being executed before the choose parm.  Take a second glance at the code. 
If 
you're correct and in fact this situation is happening then there has to be 
something screwy about the particular version your currently on.
