On the freeware disk, or the Digital (Compaq) website. Yes - Zip is, AFAIK,
compatible on Alpha, VAX, Unix, PC, etc.

Probably (120/50k on Alpha/VAX). There are 'self-extracting' zip files, but
I've not tried them, and they'd almost certainly be machine specific, since
they're executable.
