ITOQ Replacement

Is the only item for getting structure to Powerhouse from MPE Image
databases still the old ITOQ utility? 

Maybe I'm missing something simple. 

But it seems that in order to get a PDL from an Image database that hasnt
had Powerhouse applied to it yet, you need to generate an old 5.09
QSCHEMA, then edit that manually to get a PDL!  Of course you now get
errors because ITOQ doesn't understand certain new datatypes.
