Linking Indexed Subfiles

7.29 should allow it. You link to an indexed subfile the same way as any
other file except that you use the asterisk to indicate that it's a subfile.
So something like
ACCESS *sub1 LINK TO *sub2
should work assuming there's an item in sub1 that can be used to provide a
value for the index in sub2.
