To get help for a command such as 'ls' type in 'man ls'. The 'man' (short for manual) command is quite extensive. As for preferring Unix, VMS, HP/MPE, AS/400.. I've never worked on PowerHouse in a UNIX environment up until 8 weeks ago.
Being used to PowerHouse in an OpenVMS environment I've seen some behavior
differences in the HP-UX environment inside each component at the prompt.First...I've noticed that sometimes when I type the text appears before the
prompt character.Example:
