Thanks for your response Bob, even if it's not the one I wanted to hear.
Is there any way of using an environment variable like PATH to create a
list of directories to scan.  Other products do this.  Oracle for
instance, has a number of these in the ORACLE.INI file to allow its
products to 'find' things.  If Power2000 can't do this now I would like
to suggest that be included for the next release.

Mark, thanks for you input but I am in the scanning phase, not
remediation.  I want to keep the number of files in each directory more
manageable.
