version 8.19

I spent Saturday updating a decent sized suite of systems from 5.09 to   
8.19. No real problems after a full day of user abuse. Seems like a   
pretty stable release.

The only changes I made to the source were to expand any instances of   
addcentury(date_6) to be addcentury(date_6,century(date_6)).

Oh yeah. And all my nice little designer procedures called FR (to switch   
to french) now conflict with the scrolling screen first record action   
field command :-(

In all though, no big deal. But we expect that in the HP 3000 world!
