Powerhouse Date Intinistic 'Wedge' Program

We are running 6.09 and do not expect to change at this time.  I 
understand that Cognos has a 'wedge' on their website to return the 
correct date from SYSDATE after the year 2000.  This 'C' program 
creates a 'XL' for the HP3000.

My problem is that the 'wedge' is written in 'C' code and we do not 
have a 'C' compiler.  Does anyone have the 'XL' that this program 
creates.
