Coding the bell in the message as others have suggested will work but   
you'll have to use a termtype which includes the "-any" parameter. The   
down side to this is that Quick will then accept *any*thing the user   
enters in text fields (tabs, escapes, alt-anything instead   
shift-anything) and then when you print or display the contents of these   
fields almost anything is possible. Just for fun, try an upper case e but   
use the alt key instead of the shift key :-)

An alternate solution would be to have the initialize procedure call a   
tiny little ghost screen whose initialize procedure does nothing but   
issue the message and then return. That screen can have whatever hilite   
options you'd like.
