Y2K QUESTION

Our earliest certified version on OpenVMS is 7.10.F2. Check the Digital
year 2000 web page for Rdb at http://ww1.digital.com/year2000/. The
problem we have in PowerHouse is that if you're running with a DEFAULT
CENTURY of 19 and the system date is Feb 29, 2000 or later, the date
retruned by SYSDATE is 1 day later than the actual date. This has been
fixed in 7.10.F2.
