Searching large amounts of data in qtp

The question's a bit sparse on necessary detail, but some general pointers:

Quiz may be faster than QTP (less locking).
Avoid sorting.
Use choose rather than select where possible.
Consider a nice fast OpenVMS Alpha machine ;-)
