Using Qdesign to Create a Select

I've done something similar on VAX/VMS by just writing the select
statement to a separate file, which is then accessed by doing a "use" of
that file. We actually assigned a logical to the file name and gave it
a unique name to allow multiple users to run the report at the same
time, even if they had the same user name, however, this type of thing
could be a little more tricky to do in MPE. You can get real fancy and
start doing separate files for "choose"s, "sort"s, etc.
