Century window ship date ?

[Kogan, Arthur]

As far as I know, on VMS this functionality (or at least some of it) has
been pushed into PH7.10G, which is now (February/March) marked as in "Field
Test". Also the target release date for PH8.10 is marked for Cognos's 99/Q1
(ie March - May 1998)

Doesn't mid '98 mean October in CognosTime?
