Century window ship date ?

What's the latest expected shipping date on the default century window & other
Y2K goodies ? I'd heard early to mid '98, which could be anytime now.

We're currently on OpenVMS Alpha 6.2-1H3 (7.1 sometime soon), PH 7.10.F3
