HP's SETDATE Utility,TimeWarp

I tried SETDATE, but I couldn't get it to work properly.
We evaluated a couple of packages and chose HourGlass 2000 from
Allegro Consultants.

Has anyone used HP's SETDATE utility for testing Year 2000 issues?  Does 
anyone plan to use it.  I heard that HP is using TimeMachine.

Is anyone using or planning to purchase and use TimeWarp/3000  from 
OmniSolutions for testing year 2000 issues?

Any that I can learn about either will be appreciated.
