help with PH8 on HP/UX PDL

You need to specify the open name as user@instance/password

There is no PHDMAINT program available on unix.  You build a pdl source
file and maintain it with the system editor.  Use the pdl program to
recompile the dictionary every time you change it.  (You don't need to
rebuild the dictionary when you change the database, only if you change
the non-Oracle files, add elements, etc.)  If the compiled dictionary is
loaded into shared memory, you have to use the unix "ipcs -ma" and
"ipcrm -m" commands to flag the shared memory segment to be deleted
before you can use the new dictionary.
