I'm still lurking... if anyone wants the document send via Email, just Email me 
at "david_frederick@wycliffe.org" and I can send you a copy.

The document was written about 5 years ago, so I can't guarantee everything 
still applies.  However, I believe the PowerHouse dictionary layout is still the 
same, at least through version 7.10E4.
