Prior to 710G there was no such utility provided by Cognos. The
dictionary format has been closed to view for a very long time. Several
people have found ways to get such information, though. As of 710G, we
have opened the dictionary used by the utility POW (which contains a
description of the user dictionary it maintains), thus making this
information available to the user. The dictionary format is subject to
change, so use this information with caution.
