OK not quite dead. Smelling funny, certainly.
There are no new sites or applications.
We are converting from Interbase to Oracle, but it's
 600 man-days chargeable work and the end result is the application is
marginally
 worse functionally albeit more maintainable, and everyone leaves to work
on Oracle....

 Have Cognos sold PowerHouse to any new users this last 2 years? Outside of
 packages?
I doubt it..we were having trouble selling the old-fashioned interface back
in 1988..
