Thanks for your input Mark.
The CPEP extract data file is used by SQL*Loader to update an ORACLE 7
table.
We do NOT want to code hundreds of SQL*Loader scripts when we should be able
to use QTP. I.e. by utilising the PSD we data definitions are created for
us
whereas if we use a straight data file (NODICT) we have to manually code the
definitions. If you have ever tried doing a lot of SQL*Loader scripts you
would quickly see the advantage of QTP. :)
