What are the details? 

As far as I know, and I've asked, 7.10.F4 will run correctly on a
compliant version of OpenVMS. If you run on a non-compliant version of
OpenVMS, you may get non-compliant results. 7.10.F4 was built under 6.1
which is not compliant. But if you run it on 6.2, everything runs fine.
We don't embed anything from the operating system that would cause
problems.
