Page Footing Q.

Thanks for the suggestions.
After tinkering with page lengths, skips in the header, reserve lines,
etc. for too many hours, I found I could get the page footer to not skip
a line after the last report line on the page by adding a -
	skip tab 1 " " 
to the end of the footer!  This moves the footer up one line - why
moving the header down one line doesn't have the same affect beats me.
I don't know why it works, but it works!
