Are you sure you have spaces and don't have a 'BWZ' on the field or element?
If the data is declared as ZONED*6 then it can only contain digits or null
(spaces are valid for character fields only). If there is a 'BWZ' explicitly
declared on the field statement of a quick screen or the report statement of
a quiz report OR the  dictionary has a 'BWZ' declared on the element then it
will appear as blank or spaces when the date is 0.
