Left Justify Numeric Field

You won't find it in the 7.10 manual because it was added in the 7.10.F2
RBF. We documented it in the release notes for that RBF. If you don't
have the RBF you won't have the release notes. FORMATNUMBER is a new
function that takes a numeric expression and output a string based on a
format expression. There's a new FIELD option called NOFORMAT to tell
QUICK not to do it's normal numeric formatting.
