Left Justify Numeric Field

[Deskin, Bob]

It's documented in the PowerHouse 7.10.F2 release notes which is a small
booklet that came with the 7.10.F2 release. If you don't have 7.10.F2
and you're a supported customer on OpenVMS, you can get it by phoning
Customer Support.
