file or the account does not have permissions to open the file as QUICK wants to
open it, unless you are experiencing some sort of QUICK bug.
There is a chance it could relate to some quota on the account that isn't high
enough; for example, we had intermittent problems when the user's lock queue
limit was too low (ENQLM). When using a set of QUICK screens with RMS files, a
lot of file locks can be occuring at one time, particularly if no CLOSE commands
are used.
More details would help... are you trying to access an RMS file or a relational
database? What is the complete error message? etc.
