5.09, CHOOSE & PARM

Keep in mind that the earliest year 2000 compliant version of PowerHouse
on MPE/iX is 7.29.C8. Earlier versions had problems getting the correct
system date (it's a long story as to why). Everyone should be moving to
at least 7.29.C8.
