And the winner is...ENTRYRECALL.

Thanks to everyone for a rapid response. The ENTRYRECALL was inadvertently
removed during our 710G installation, along with ERRORRECALL. I placed it back
onto our symbol definition and all is well.

I didn't mention the error we received from the ERRORRECALL option,  but it was;
"The subdictionary parameter has mismatched parentheses. ERRORRECALL"
Both options were removed at the time of upgrade in order to avoid the above
message.

Anyone seen this before?
