VAX vs Alpha compiles

As long as you are running the same verision of powerhouse and recommended
same version of VMS.  We were were running a version of  vms6.2 going to
vms7.1 on the alpha....everything compiled  well, then moved some code back
to the vax now running 7.1 without any problems.
