Portable Subfiles VAX to HP

I've mentioned this before, and although it can be time consuming, it
works.

If both machines have the same kind of tape and QTP, you can SET DEVICE
TAPE and you'll get an ANSI tape.

One tape per file.

When I had to do it, it was going from an HP to VAX.  The customer at the
other end said it read like a serial disc.
