Indexed subfiles on HP/UX

PH7.23 onwards (and maybe even before) definitely does support indexed
subfiles.
However, make sure that you have "PH-CISAM" license in your Powerhouse license
file. This is required for Powerhouse to be able to use CISAM indexed files (or
subfiles). CISAM indexed file management usually (but not always) comes with
your UNIX o/s.
