PowerHouse packages

G'day all 
 
Do any of you know of a package written using PowerHouse that covers plant 
cost control, outage management and labour planning?   
 
We have an in-house system that will require some major enhancement next
year 
to make more usable and flexible across different plant environments.  Egg 
both nuclear and non-nuclear generating facilities.  There are currently
only 
13 users but this could readily expand to many more. 
 
Please let me know any package name, vendor, features and approximate cost.
