PDL version different from Qdesign version?

Mark, I don't believe that the dictionary format changed any between 610.E
and 710F4 so you should not have any problems.  If they were incompatible,
you should have been unable to use it against 710F4, PowerHouse would have
told you that they were incompatible.   My recollection is that the
dictionary format is the same from 5.12 to 710.F4.
