PowerHouse and Qdump

I´m a programmer at a company in Denmark, Europe.
I have run into a PowerHouse problem that is about to
make me go mad!

I have made some simple Qdesign programs where
I´m using an Image database. I also create a temporary
subfile that I´m viewing in a Cluster on the screen.
In my Initialize Procedure I reset the Subfile and
add data to it.

Sometimes I get this message and a Qdump!

*E* Memory error (invalid adress).
*Fatal Error* *1404* Notify Cognos Customer Support

You cant provoke it to come - it just comes when you least
expect it? Without any logical reason !

Has anybody any good idea´s that can prevent me from going ......
