Power2000

Does anyone know how many users can access the knowledge base in Power2000?
I am trying to connect to a project.  The project contains all of the source
code and the desired knowledge base.  When someone else is currently in the
project I am not able to do anything.  Is there anyone out there how has
actually used this product successfully?  Can this program only support one
user?
