QKGO Migration Issue

QKGO files created with 710F4 will fail

Problem Description
Error
QKGO version does not match the QUICK version
when attempting to run QKGO files created or modified with 710F4.
Solution Description
As a workaround use a previous version of 710 to run QKGOMAINT to maintain
the QKGO files.
If a copy of 710F3 is available, replace the files in the 710F4
PH_QKGO_LOCATION directory (ie. PATH$POWERHOUSE:[710F4.QKGO]) with the files
from the PATH$POWERHOUSE:[710F3.QKGO] directory. (Note: This will not work
with versions previous to 710F3, as is intended as a temporary workaround
only, until an upgrade can be performed.) 
In addition these 710F3 replacement files are available from
patches/powerhouse directory of the Cognos ftp site at ftp.cognos.com.
Download the phqkgof4_instructions.txt for information on downloading and
using the phqkgof4.bak saveset file.
