I have some PDL code I'm trying to import into the dictionary.

Is anyone able to simply run PDL and set dict on 8.40?

We have a Cognos support contract, but it is impossible to call them. The
phone menu is in an endless loop where it never calls who you want and
just
keeps going back to the menu.

BOB DESKIN ARE YOU LISTENING?? We pay good money for support and hardly
ever
call, but when we need it, we expect the support we paid for.
Hi Richard:

I would setpow to 7.10 and in QSHOW 7.10 general the PDL.
I don't think any of the 840 versions recognize the old dictionary.
