attention to your accesses and linkages on order to optimize those should get
you a MUCH larger bang for your buck than fiddling around with TEMPS vs
DEFINES. Given the amount of your effort to re-write these programs, with
the extra testing, etc., that has to be done as opposed to the few seconds that
you MIGHT save, where is the payback going to be?</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
