You definitely want to get rid of the OPEN # syntax as each OPEN with a different # causes<BR>
another attach.<BR>
<BR>
Try running the application with DBAUDIT=FULL this will show when there is a new attach.<BR>
<BR>
If you do use GO or $QUICK from QDESIGN then the signon user will still have the attaches that<BR>
QDESIGN opened. I believe SET DICT before the GO will cause QDESIGN to detach.<BR>
