<p><font size=3>We encountered this problem when migrating from HP3000
to UNIX for our customer.</font>
<p><font size=3>In UNIX, every command line execution in QUICK will create
a sub environement(?) and subsequent command line execution will not be
able to access the variable set-up in the previous command line. What we
have done was to run the command in a script file. QUICK will then execute
this script file in the DESIGNER procedure.</font>
