using what I call a ‘copies’ file. It is a simple file (usually
indexed) that contains only 2 fields. The first field is called Kount and
contains sequential numbers (i.e. 1 for the first record, 2 for the second,
etc.). The second field I usually call X and contains a constant value
(say “X”). Make this field a repeating index.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
