color=#0000ff>The AND SELECT in QUIZ should be ANDing the condition to the
SELECT. AND SELECT is in QUIZ to add conditions to those already in use. It's
there because QUIZ started out as an ad hoc report writer. The idea was that you
would add the AND SELECT to refine the search. Of course you have to re-read
everything anyway. I know some that people use it to split complex conditions
but that wasn't the original idea. And because it's not necessarily in the same
position as the SELECT, it can confuse things, as in a long report with an AND
SELECT at the very end.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
