with Informix. They keep supporting it but they do not enhance it much. At
the same time they offer substantial migration paths to other IBM offerings. What
I mean is that they offer a comprehensive solution including tools and services
to help customers change to some product and technologies that IBM considers
sustainable in the current software markets.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

more IBM friendly ( re-instating Informix as a supported<br>
database and adding DB2 functions to the AIX version)<br>
I doubt that IBM wants to pull the plug on PowerHouse.<br>
